Our Team
Beth
Hi! I’m Beth, a paediatric dietitian with seven years of NHS experience and a passion for helping babies, children, and their families thrive. Since 2021, I’ve specialised in paediatrics, and I currently work at the largest children’s hospital in the UK, supporting infants and young people with congenital hyperinsulinism.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m part of the team at Beam Dietitians, and I’ve recently taken on a part‑time lecturing role on a university dietetics course — a role I’m absolutely loving. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge, champion evidence‑based practice, and help shape the next generation of dietitians.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of paediatric specialties including cardiology and respiratory disease. I have extensive experience supporting children with complex medical needs and specialise in management of faltering growth and feeding difficulties. One of my favourite parts of the job is guiding families with blended diet via gastrostomy tubes.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and family‑centred. Whether you’re navigating feeding challenges, growth concerns, or the complexities of a medical condition, I’m here to help you feel supported, informed, and confident in your child’s nutrition.
